Our Art Team

We worked with a fantastic team to develop the illustrations, cover art, design, and flow for ASL at Home 2.0, the second edition of our curriculum released in June 2023. Read more about them below.

Sheena Stuart-Milburn

Sheena Stuart-Milburn has called Rochester, NY, home since she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. After graduation, Sheena embarked on a career path that saw her grow from Graphic Designer at a woman-led small business to become the Creative Director at the world's largest Deaf-led non-profit, Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD). With over a decade’s worth of creative design and web development under her belt, Sheena set up her own business, Design to Glow, to continue what she loves: providing top-quality visual assets and user experiences.

Sheena loves to play role-playing video games, go for long walks, and spend time with her family’s four cats. She is also passionate about elevating the Deaf/HH community and improving oneself through continuous learning -- two big reasons why she is involved with ASL at Home.
